If you need help in your dating life but feel skeptical about working with a coach, then you’re in the right place!
It’s perfectly reasonable to be on the fence about hiring someone like me. For one, I don’t have a psychology degree and I’m not a licensed therapist. But I can coach you past ineffective dating advice and sexist bullshit and toward the dating life of your dreams.
Like I said, I’m not a licensed therapist, but I am a certified coach. Therapy is different from life coaching and would serve a different purpose. Coaching helps you become unblocked and expand your horizons, getting you closer to finding the love you want and need.
Without further ado, here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help you decide whether or not a coaching relationship with me is right for you. You can also contact me directly if you can’t find what you’re looking for here.
It’s perfectly understandable that you would ask that, given that you can find free advice on the Internet and I don’t have a psychology degree. However, you might not find the quality advice you need on the Interwebz (since anyone can be an “expert”) and might find yourself led astray. That’s when it helps to work with someone like me, who spent countless hours in coach training from a top-tier institution (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, or iPEC)—someone who will help you keep your eye on the prize. Not to mention that I practice what I preach (stuff I learned the hard way and from another dating coach) and have been in a rock-solid relationship for several years.

The great thing about life coaching is that you’re completely responsible for the results. By that, I mean that I will show up as your virtual wing-woman—be prepared for our calls, be responsive to your texts and emails, cheer you on, help you remove mental roadblocks to success, hold you accountable for the assignments you assign to yourself (which is the life coaching way), and just be there for you every step of the way—if you give our time together your all.
While I cannot guarantee you’ll get a mate by the end of our time together, I can promise that we’ll cut the crap, help you stop wasting time on bad dates and mates, and make many breakthroughs that’ll bring you closer to the dating life you desire, which is the value you’re looking for if you’re on this website.
It’s a unique attitudinal assessment that gauges how you show up to life energetically and how you respond to stress. The wonderful thing about attitudes is that they can change over time, and this assessment serves as a concrete, measurable tool to see how much coaching improves your dating life and beyond.
This is an exciting, insightful opportunity to find yourself. If you’d like to order an assessment and debrief with yours truly, then go here.
More about the ELI assessment:
It makes sense to cover this question, since it’s money coming out of your bank account and you likely want to make sure it’s going to a good place.
There are several reasons they cost as they do:
- As a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the International Coaching Federation, I aim to provide tremendous—I’m talking tre-men-dous—value to help my fellow millennial STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) ladies navigate the rough dating waters in a world where we have to constantly prove ourselves as capable, smart people, without intimidating our romantic (fe)male counterparts. I’ve lived it, and I’m sure many of you have lived it. Dating for us STEM women can feel daunting and insurmountable, and I really, truly want to help my peers overcome obstacles, thrive, and begin to build the love life of their dreams.
- I want to work only with smart, successful, and fiercely independent millennial STEM women who really want to work with me. The coach-client relationship is a commitment, and the STEM women who want to get the most value are more likely to step up to get help.
- The prices I listed are actually fairly standard in the coaching industry (particularly for highly trained, certified coaches like my peers and me).
- Let’s be real: a woman’s gotta pay her California mortgage and eat.
My boyfriend, Phillip!
